"Keith has to be one of the most laid back, easygoing personalities I’ve met in a long time. Which, is likely good for him (and his blood pressure) since he had the arduous task of wrangling for us the relocation company we purchased our house from; it became a lot of hurry up and wait. From the onset, service was punctual and patient. We looked at the listing multiple times. There was never any pressure. No feeling that we were inconveniencing him, despite his having to meet us an hour from his office each time. He asked for no obligations until we decided to make an offer. Not only was it a compound purchase (more than one lot), we also discovered there was a relocation company involved.I can’t say how much whip-cracking, cat-herding, or poking and prodding he and Mickie had to do. If it was abundant, Keith did it well outside our realm of knowledge. While the silence could be unnerving at times, especially for a first time home buyer, the sale progressed through several stages at what I’d consider a steady pace.I have no complaints, and you won’t find any horror stories here (my friends were so very helpful with offering theirs...) . My one critique stems from my own lack of knowledge. I wanted more guidance and to be more informed throughout the process. Only so I could know and better understand what was going on. I didn’t know the right questions to ask, or when to ask them. It’s a lot to navigate, and there’s only so much one can prepare for such an undertaking. So those added bits of information would’ve made the process less stressful.When my confidence started to wane, however, and I asked for a breakdown of what would transpire, Keith’s response was immediate, well articulated, and in terms easy enough to understand. Add to that a number of times when he initiated or responded to queries well after 10 p.m. (sometime even later) and it was easy to determine he was paying attention to the details. He knows his job.He does it well."
